Music: My Girlfriend by Uncle Kracker
Following the Death Cab for Cutie video, the guys at Atlantic Records loved it enough to give me another shot with a video for Uncle Kracker; another artist signed to the Atlantic label. The directions were pretty clear on this one. They wanted to create something that would do well on the internet.
When I first heard the song, a girl kissing another girl was probably my first thought. After all, the goal is to create something that will do well on the internet. Uncle Kracker’s management also came up with a rough idea that I then threw together into what you see now.
We were a bit short handed on this project, so I’m sorry to say that we didn’t get any production stills.
