Hi Ross, I saw your creation. To say that ‘It is one of the greatest work I have seen in recent times’ is an under-statement. It inspired me a lot. From now on, I am going to tinker with stop-motion photography. Thanks for posting the video.

Eclectic 2.0 is finally finished. Thanks to everyone who has subscribed and to everyone who has shown their appreciation for Eclectic “1.0″. This movie has been a brain-child of mine for about a year now, and I finally got a chance to create the right rigs and travel to interesting places to make this one come alive. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, but please check out The Making of Eclectic 2.0 before asking a question.
The entire movie was shot using a digital SLR still camera and pieced together using Quicktime Pro and Final cut Pro. Since it was shot on a still camera, all the raw footage is 1080p HD. People always ask me how much time I spent shooting or how I made the time lapses. Well, on February 18th, I’m going to post The Making of Eclectic 2.0 in case any of you are curious about that. And you can sign up at the top of my website to be notified.
Also, I would like to send a HUGE thanks to Marlon and Mary of The Ghost Orchid. They provided the song that is used in the movie. They are an unsigned band out of the San Diego area who I came across on MySpace. Check them out, they are going to be releasing an album in February, and from the sound of it, it’s going to be good.
See some production stills after the jump.
